Update on 2025 Nebraska State Fair Campground:
Reservation for the campgrounds for the 2025 Nebraska State Fair will be available on Monday, February 16, 2025!
For the 2025 Camping season, we are switching to an online reservation platform, much like what you would do when booking a hotel or staying at a State Park. Please be prepared for the change, but do not hesitate to contact our office with any questions!

The Campground area is fenced with a permanent fence, and a Campground Manager is on duty at all times during the Fair. The Manager will assign camping locations and will maintain a Campground directory.
All campers are required to check in at the Campground Office and receive a lot location assignment before parking.
We appreciate your cooperation with the following campground rules and regulations. All rules and regulations must be strictly adhered to. If not, violators will be asked to vacate the campground immediately.
Campground Rates & Fees
- Forms of acceptable payment: Cash, Check, or Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard).
- Daily camping rates are $50 (All fees and taxes included) for full hook-ups (Water, Sewer, Electricity), $35 (All fees and taxes Included) for partial hook-ups (Water, Sewer), and $25 (All fees and taxes included) for tent camping.
- Late Check-Out $20.00 (Check-Out: 10 A.M) if OK’d by Camp Hosts.
- Extra vehicles $5.00/per pass (Limit 2)
Campground Reservation Refund Policy
Any cancellations 45 days before the State Fair start date must provide written notice to receive a full refund. A full refund, less a $25 Administrative Fee is available for cancellations made before July 8, 2025. No refunds will be issued after the 45-day window.
General Information
- Specific site locations cannot be guaranteed and are finalized upon arrival; campers will be located at the discretion of the Campground Hosts.
- Check-In: 12:00 P.M. (Noon); Check-Out: 10 A.M.; Quiet Hours: 10:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.
- One vehicle per site (your vehicle must park on the door side of the camper).
- Guests must check in at the Campground Office upon arrival.
- Exceeding Check-Out times without notifying the Campground Office in advance may result in additional fees.
- Speed Limit: 10 MPH
- Balance is due at the time of the reservation; fees are applied to late payments.
- Gate admission is not included in camping fees.
- Please place garbage and recycling in appropriate dumpsters.
- Any cancellations before 30 days before the State Fair start date must provide written notice to receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued 45 days before the State Fair start date.
- If you are running late and can’t check in by 6 p.m. please call 402-984-0546.
- Reservation holders who do not call or check in and occupy their site on the reserved date of their arrival are considered “no-shows.” No-shows will be canceled with no fees refunded.
- No sales of products or services are allowed in the Campground or Parking Lots. Anyone wishing to sell a product or service must do so from a location assigned by and contracted with the Nebraska State Fair.
Automobile permits
- Upon payment of camping charges, a campground sticker will be furnished for one vehicle per lot. All vehicles without a sticker will be required to pay $5 per night for camping.
State Fair Gate Admission
The Campgrounds is on the Fairgrounds property but is outside of the Event fencing, and thus does not require State Fair gate admission to enter the campgrounds. State Fair Admission tickets will be required of all exhibitor, vendors, concessionaires and general public at all entrance gates.
