Pick Up Instructions
Monday, September 2 between 6-10 p.m.
Enter Gate 7 off of Fonner Park Rd and park in the designated parking that will be marked. From there, enter Fonner Concourse through the north doors under the "Competitive Exhibits Entry Drop Off" sign.
Tuesday, Sept. 3, from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Park in the "Sam's Club Stomping Grounds" area (this is right in front of the north/west doors into Fonner Concourse). We will open the fence that runs north/south for parking.
General Rules And Regulations
The rules specific for each department are found in each respective department entry book. It is the responsibility of each exhibitor to be familiar with all applicable rules and regulations. CLICK HERE to read rules.
HOW TO ENTER EXHIBITS
Either by online or mail-in entry form.
CLICK HERE to start online entry. Entries for multiple departments can be made in one session using the online entry. Mail-in forms are found within the Competitive Exhibit department below.
Exhibits can be shipped to and from the Fair by either (1) Fed Ex or UPS or (2) USPS. CLICK HERE for details.

Celebrate Nebraska’s Bee Culture! If you steward one of the more than 150,000 colonies of honey bees in Nebraska, you’ll find extracted honey to beeswax candle competitions. Be sure to stop by the Bee Culture department to get your Honey Ice Cream.

- The "Best in County," class 606 is for the top 2018 county fair winner and requires completion of the 2019 Best in County form.
- 2020 Best in County Form
- The 2020 "Best in County" form is for the top 2019 county fair winner and can be completed for next year's 2020 "Best in County" class.
