Where to Park and What to Expect

We are excited to welcome you to Nebraska State Fair for the Oak Ridge Boys concert part of the Nebraska Lottery Concert Series and presented by 103.5 The Legend and 102.1 True Country. Here are a few things you need to know before you go.

Show time is 2:00. Gates to the concert area scheduled to open 120 minutes before show time. 

Your ticket will be scanned twice at the fairgrounds. Once to enter the fair. A second time to enter the concert.

There are clearly marked entrances and exits INSIDE Heartland Event Center.

There is a selection of food and beverages in the concert area. 

There are Trams to assist you travel on the fairgrounds.  Trams are free and available at the marked Tram Stop locations. Courtesy carts are available and radio dispatched.  Check with any Chief Information Kiosk for help. 

This event will be INSIDE Heartland Events Center.

This event is reserved meaning all guests will have an assigned seat. There will be ushers and volunteers available to help if needed.

Make sure you have your tickets with you or on your phone.

The following items are not allowed at Nebraska State Fair concerts:

• Guns, knives, or weapons of any kind.
• Professional cameras or recording devices.
• Selfie Sticks
• Large Bags or Backpacks
• Laser pointers or any item that emits light that can disrupt other guests or the show.
• Umbrellas
• Animals except for service animals

Tickets are not refundable.

For guests needing sign language interpretation, interpreters will be positioned stage right.

There’s free parking off State Fair Boulevard and off Stuhr Road on the east side of the grounds.

If you have a vehicle problem when leaving the fair, call Kramer’s at (308) 384-1116. They are the State Fair’s designated vehicle assistance company.

Double Locked Security and Nebraska State Patrol are available to assist you if needed.

ARRIVE EARLY or take the Shuttle From one of our off grounds parking locations! We are expecting large crowds for the concert, and it will take some time to park. We suggest arriving at the Nebraska State Fair at least 120 minutes prior to the start of the show. Shuttles are available at Central Community College, Sam’s Club, and Northwest Commons Center, off Webb Road behind Taco John’s

Ride Share may be accessed through Gate 6 on the Fairgrounds.

Paved ADA Parking Locations are available and may be entered from Fonner Park Road through Gate 6. Grass surface ADA parking is available at all public parking areas. There is ADA equipment available for rent at Nebraska State Fair in the Main Gate area and at Gate 6.

All ages entering the Heartland Events Center are required to have a ticket. A clear bag policy is NOT in effect for this event.

The maps below should help you find a spot to park (free of course) and how the field is laid out for your convenience.  Brown shaded is better for Anderson Auto Field, blue for Heartland Event Center events.
