Our 2025 cookbook is hot off the press!!
Each year, the Fair composes a cookbook of ‘Fair-ified’ recipes that took home blue ribbons at the Nebraska State Fair. This keepsake is 198 pages, filled top to bottom, of unique and mouth-watering recipes for even the pickiest taste buds.
Examples of recipes featured this year include Freeze Dried Ice Cream Sandwiches, Chai Tea Cookies and Lavender Lemon Tea Bread.
The 2024 cookbooks are available for purchase at the State Fair office Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. You can also order yours by phone at 308-382-1620.Â
There are a limited number of cookbooks from the 2022 and 2023 State Fair also available for purchase.Â
The collection of recipes is curated from competitive entries of the Nebraska State Fair and published by Morris Press Cookbooks in Kearney.
