The Nebraska State Fair is accepting nominations for individuals to be honored as State Fair Parade Grand Marshals.  Grand Marshals ride in the Grand Marshal vehicle at the head of the daily parade, receive recognition on the website, 10 complimentary gate passes and reception in their honor.

Individuals or couples with county fair affiliations are eligible for nomination and selections are based on the nominee’s contributions to both their county and State Fair.  Nebraska State Fair staff, Board members, and Foundation board members are not eligible for nomination.   

Nomination forms are available at the Nebraska State Fair’s office or website on the Parade page under Things To Do and See.  Nominations are due June 15, 2010.
