Frog Jumping Championships
With the help of you as volunteer frog trainers chosen from the audience, each frog contestant gets three jumps to make their distance. Each frog trainer receives a Certificate of Participation.
Hedrick's Animal Petting Zoo and Camel & Pony Rides
Take a ride on a camel or pony and try petting and feeding exotic animals.
Family Fun Tent
Presented by the College Savings Plan of Nebraska, the Family Fun Tent is full of great games, activities, make-n-take crafts, amazing prizes and fun for the entire family. This year, the Family Fun Tent will offer daily themes for the activities taking place such as Medieval Times, Barnyard Bash, Wild West Shindig, and Bugs N Blooms Bash, just to name a few. Try your hand at a water balloon toss, watermelon eating contest, Wild West dress-up relay, bowling, space goop relay, Simon the wizard says, or the always popular superball saturday!. Sit down for the daily make-n-take craft including space goo, fingerprinting, coffee filter buterflies, or cow and pig drinking straws. Or, come take part in a fair-wide scavenger hunt, face painting, or the KGBI coloring contest.

Moms and Babies Lounge
Presented by St. Elizabeth Regional Medical Center, the Advanced Baby Center is pleased to provide Moms and Babies Lounge. Located in the Kidz Zone, The Moms and Babies Lounge offers a private, climate controlled area for moms and their babies. The Lounge will be staffed by hospital professionals. Educational information will also be available.
Livestock Birthing Pavilion
The Livestock Birthing Pavilion is a large-animal birthing area, a farrowing area and a poultry hatching area giving guests the opportunity to witness live animal births, overseen by trained professionals from the University of Nebraska Pre-Vet Medicine Program. |
